Ing. Alberto Estrada currently serves as the Lider de Fases y Calidad at ClearMechanic Mexico since December 2014, bringing extensive knowledge of automotive processes across various brands, including RENAULT, NISSAN, TOYOTA, CHRYSLER, BMW, AUDI, and MERCEDES BENZ. Responsibilities include account management, communication strategies, process preparation, digital media execution, enterprise network administration, and project analysis. Prior to this role, Alberto worked as the Gerente del Centro de Atención a Clientes at Telefónica México from February 2013 to September 2014, where Ing. Alberto focused on customer satisfaction, inventory control, personnel management, objection handling, and reporting. Alberto holds a degree in Ingeniería with a specialization in informática from UNE, completed in 2012.
