Shivani Dhillon

Shivani Dhillon has over 17 years of work experience in the field of biotechnology. Shivani began their career in 2004 as a Research Assistant at the National Institute of Immunology in India. In 2008, they moved to Nanogen as a Research Associate. Shivani then joined Sciencell Research Laboratories in 2009 as a Cell Biologist II. In 2011, they joined Hologic, Inc. as a Scientist I and then as a Research Associate IV. In 2015, they joined Illumina as a Design Quality Engineering and IVD Product Development. In 2020, they moved to Quidel as an IVDR Project Management, Regulatory. Currently, they are a Senior Program Manager at ClearNote Health (formerly Bluestar Genomics).

Shivani Dhillon began their educational journey in 1999 when they attended Panjab University, where they earned a BSc in Biology in 2002. Shivani then went on to earn an MSc in Microbiology from Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya in 2004. In 2008, they obtained a certification in ADMET process from UC San Diego Extension. In 2018, they obtained a Regulatory Affairs in Medical Device certification from UC San Diego Extension. Finally, in October 2021, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
