Shannon James

Shannon James has extensive experience in IT and network engineering, currently serving as IT Supervisor and Senior Network Engineer at ClearPath Mutual since July 2020, where responsibilities include the configuration and management of Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco switches. Previously, Shannon worked at Semonin Realtors from March 1998 to July 2020 as a Senior Network & Systems Engineer, overseeing a large network infrastructure and implementing key cybersecurity controls for ISO 27001 certification. Early career at NTS Development Company involved programming and technical support. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer and Information Systems from the University of Louisville, completed in 1996.
