Roel Aguilar

Roel Aguilar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Business Intelligence and data management. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at ClearPeaks since November 2023, Roel previously held the position of Data Product Manager and People Manager at ManoMano España from May 2021 to September 2023, overseeing personnel management and administrative processes. Previous roles include Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at atSistemas, where Roel managed flight operations and project proposals, and Senior BI Consultant at Bismart, working with Banco Sabadell on data integration and visualization using Microsoft tools. Earlier experience includes positions at PPG Industries, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and the Ministerio de Educación Pública de Costa Rica, where Roel focused on data preparation, transformation, and reporting. Roel holds a Master’s degree in Business Intelligence from UPC School and degrees in Systems Analysis and Computer Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica and Universidad Católica de Costa Rica.
