Derek Bley currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Clearpoint Health Network, a position held since March 2022, overseeing two Unit Managers and a multidisciplinary team of approximately 300 staff across various clinics and surgical units with a significant budgetary responsibility. Previously, Derek held the title of Director of Clinic Operations for Western Canada at TELUS Health and managed Surgical Services at Alberta Health Services both as a Manager and as a Unit Manager, where responsibilities included staff development and operational oversight. Derek's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Leadership (Healthcare) from Royal Roads University.
