Stephanie Newton Korszen has a diverse work experience starting as an intern at the Farr Law Firm in 2008. Stephanie then moved on to roles such as Marketing Representative at Collegeboxes LLC and Autodesk Specialist at Device Analytics. Their career progressed into more specialized roles like Product Engineering Manager at Advanced Brain Monitoring and Product Specialist at Johnson Matthey. Stephanie continued to advance, taking on positions at Philips and Women Give San Diego as a Neuro Research Account Manager and Co-President, respectively. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Development for Biologics & Drug Delivery at ClearPoint Neuro, Inc. throughout their journey, they have consistently excelled, demonstrating strong leadership and achieving remarkable results.

Stephanie Newton Korszen completed their B.S.E in Biomedical Engineering and B.A. in Art History at Duke University from 2006 to 2010. In 2008, they also studied at UNSW in the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering and the College of Fine Arts for Art Theory. Stephanie went on to pursue a Master's of Advanced Study in Medical Device Engineering at UC San Diego from 2014 to 2016.
