Winston has extensive experience in leadership roles with Fortune 100 companies as well as startup ventures. Leadership roles include President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, Managing Director, and more.

His career began with IBM in sales and marketing management. From there he continued to grow and help other companies including Intermec by Honeywell where he led a 300-person sales organization. He gained experience in the intelligent transportation industry while working as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Field Operations for Amtech, the worldwide leader in radio frequency identification, and a subsidiary of Intermec. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors or as an Advisory Board member in multiple companies. He also invests in a variety of startups mostly in the Software as a Service (SaaS), Internet of Things (IoT), and technology markets.

He has years of experience driving profitable growth in challenging, competitive, and high-growth markets. Strong leadership, communications, channel management, negotiation, and creative and analytical skills. Winston holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, and served in the United States Marine Corps.
