Greg Gostanian has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Greg started their career in 1979 with The Windham Group, a contingency/search firm where they served as the Principal/Owner. During their time there, they built a reputation for providing honest and candid career guidance to the placement of Human Resource executives. In 1991, Greg joined Manchester Partners International as the Co President-Executive Vice President, where they held a leadership role for a decade. In 2001, they joined ClearRock as a Principal Consultant, specializing in executive coaching and outplacement. ClearRock is known for its customized approach, tailoring action plans for organizations and employees based on career goals and compatibility.

Greg Gostanian obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, during the period of 1969 to 1971. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School from 1974 to 1976.
