Jean Accorsini has extensive work experience in the field of career consulting and sales. They began their career as a Middle School Teacher and High School Coach at Scituate Public Schools in 1971, before moving on to a role as an Employment Representative at Codex Motorola, Inc. in 1979. From 1980 to 1993, Jean worked at Digital Equipment Corporation, first as a Human Resource Consultant and then progressing to the position of Senior Sales Executive. They were responsible for direct sales activity across various industries including higher education, telecom, and financial services. In 1993, Jean worked as a Sales Account Manager at Advanced Modular Solutions before joining Manchester Partners, Inc. as a Career Consultant in 1994. Finally, since 2002, Jean has served as a Senior Career Consultant at ClearRock, Inc. (for corporate clients) and Pathfinders (for private clients). They excel in providing guidance and support to individuals in their career journeys through active listening and asking thoughtful questions.
Jean Accorsini completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Secondary Education/ Social Sciences from the State University of New York at Oswego, starting in 1967 and finishing in 1971. After that, Jean pursued a Master's in Education (M.Ed.) in Counseling from Suffolk University, attending from 1972 to 1975. Later, Jean pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, completing the program between 1978 and 1983. In addition to these degrees, Jean obtained a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure in September 2010.
