Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Client Services and Business Development at ClearRock, where key responsibilities included new business development and executive outplacement, and Talent Acquisition Leader for Information Technology at Liberty Mutual, where Laura significantly enhanced recruiting processes. With a foundation in psychology from the University of Maine, Laura has also held various roles in staffing and recruitment, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality talent solutions.
