Janet Stanish

Janet Stanish has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biomedical industries. Janet is currently serving as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance at Clearside Biomedical, Inc. Prior to this, they held various roles at Pharma Tech Industries including Director of Quality, Associate Director of Quality, Quality Assurance Manager, QA Laboratory Manager, and Quality Assurance Engineer. During their time at Pharma Tech Industries, Janet was responsible for managing compliance groups, overseeing laboratory testing, implementing quality systems, and conducting validations for new processes. Before joining Pharma Tech Industries, they worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Scientist in Compliance and as a Chemist, where they implemented quality systems, conducted complex chemical analyses, and developed validated methods for medical devices. Janet brings a strong background in quality assurance and compliance to their current role at Clearside Biomedical, Inc.

Janet Stanish obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Oxford College of Emory University from 1989 to 1991. Janet then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry and Biological Anthropology at Emory University, which they completed from 1991 to 1993.
