Hyeonsook HONG KAISER has worked in various roles over the past 20 years. From 2002 to 2006, they were a Policy Advisor at The National Assembly of The Republic of Korea. In 2006, they became the Cultural Heritage Program Lead for a project under the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with a budget of 670 million dollars. From 2007 to 2008, they were the Public Relations and Sport Manager at World Taekwondo. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Head of Operations and Communications at the Korean Olympians Association (KOA). From 2010 to 2013, they were the Development Director at AIBA, where they were responsible for contributing to the development of a vision and strategic plan, promoting and conceiving projects that promoted boxing, initiating projects for Junior, Youth, and Women, proposing educational programs for athletes, youth and officials, providing best practices to 203 National Member Federations to develop sport of boxing in their respective country, ensuring the efficient and effective planning, operation, governance and evaluation of AIBA World Boxing Academy, ensuring the adequate management of financial and human resources associated with Development Department, and reporting directly to Executive Director. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Project Manager of Corporate Partnership Programs at FDI World Dental Federation. From 2020 to 2022, they were a Project Manager at World Academy of Sport. Currently, Hyeonsook HONG KAISER is the Partnership Program Manager at ClearSpace.

Hyeonsook Hong Kaiser has an education history that spans from 2001 to the present. In 2001-2003, they obtained a Master's Degree in International Studies and International Relations & Diplomacy from Ewha Womans University. In 2010, they earned a Master at AISTS (International Academy of Sports Science and Technology) in Project Management from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). In addition, they have obtained various certifications, such as Innosuisse Business Growth Advanced Engineering from Venturelab in May 2022, Children's Human Rights - An Interdisciplinary Introduction from Coursera in April 2019, and PMP® Certification Training Course from Centre Patronal in April 2019.
