Ruiliang Lin

Ruiliang Lin has a diverse background in electronics engineering and has gained experience in various roles throughout their career.

In 2013, they started as a Production Operator at senseFly.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Microtechnical Engineer at the REHAssist group at École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne.

In 2021, they worked as a Test Engineer at PRISTEM, where they conducted electric and mechanical tests on medical hardware and verified test protocols.

Also in 2021, they joined autonomyo as an Electronics Engineer, specializing in electronics and power electronics design for a rehabilitation lower-limb exoskeleton. Ruiliang also worked on microcontroller firmware programming and embedded sensing and communication.

In 2022, they became an Electronics Engineer at EPFL, working in the REHAssist group. Their responsibilities included electronic design for a hip exoskeleton, microcontroller firmware programming, and applying digital control theory for robotic systems.

In the same year, they also worked as a Research Assistant in Electronics Engineering at Haute école du paysage, d'ingénierie et d'architecture de Genève - HEPIA. Ruiliang contributed to the development of a smart autonomous CTD probe for water body mapping and electronic design for data collection of an experimental ground effect vehicle.

Currently, starting in 2023, Ruiliang Lin is an Associate Electronics Engineer at ClearSpace.

In 2012 to 2016, Ruiliang attended CFPT Centre de Formation Professionnelle Technique, where they obtained a CFC in Automaticien.

From 2016 to 2019, Ruiliang studied at Haute école du paysage, d'ingénierie et d'architecture de Genève - HEPIA, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Microengineering.

In 2020 to 2021, Ruiliang pursued further education at the University of Strathclyde, completing a Master of Science degree in Autonomous Robotic Intelligent Systems.
