Tejaswini Penkey has held various roles in sales support, customer support, consultancy, retail sales and project management across companies such as Clearspeed, Nottingham Trent University, Emmanuel House Support Centre, FOREVER LOVE LTD, Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd., Syntel, Magna Infotech and Cairn Oil and Gas. Their experience includes market research, branding, social media management, content creation, digital marketing, data analysis, vendor/partner management and team oversight. Tejaswini has also researched and analysed IT companies' branding and marketing strategies.

Tejaswini Penkey has obtained several degrees and certificates throughout their academic journey. Tejaswini received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR and Marketing from Symbiosis International University in 2015. Later, in 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from FLAME University, which lasted until 2018. Currently, Tejaswini is enrolled in a Master of Science (MS) program in Marketing and Brand Management at Nottingham Trent University, which they plan to complete in 2022. Tejaswini also obtained two additional certifications; one in Transformational Leadership in Practice-Level 7 from Nottingham Trent University in November 2021, and the other in Neuromarketing from CETYS Universidad in May 2021.
