Branimir Sesar

Branimir Sesar is an experienced data scientist currently working at Clearstream since May 2019. Previously, Branimir held a data scientist position at Deutsche Börse from August 2017 to November 2022. Prior to that, Branimir served as a Senior Postdoctoral Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Astronomy, co-leading research on the Milky Way halo. Branimir's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Astronomy and Astrophysics from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Zagreb. Branimir also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Caltech, co-leading the Galactic Structure Key Project within the Palomar Transient Factory collaboration.
