Elise Pillemand

Elise Pillemand has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Elise is currently working at Clearstream as the Human Resources Director. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Business Partner, Vice President at Clearstream.

Before joining Clearstream, Elise worked at RBC Investor & Treasury Services where they held various roles including Director, Europe, Employee Relations and Senior Manager, Europe, Employee Relations. Elise also worked as an HR Business Partner and Senior Manager at RBC.

Elise has also worked at BT as an Employee Relations Manager. Their earlier experience includes working at McCann Worldgroup as an HR Director and HR Manager, as well as at Secafi Alpha as a Lawyer (internship). Elise began their career at SAP as a Training and Recruitment Assistant.

Elise Pillemand holds a DESS degree in Employment Law from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI), which they obtained from 2002 to 2003. In 2009 to 2010, they studied Professional Coaching at Université Paris 8. Elise also pursued Human Resources studies at Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers from 2001 to 2002. Elise earned a Master's degree in Employment Law from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) from 2000 to 2001. Recently, in 2020, they completed Hogan Assessment Certification in Human Resources Development at Hogan. Furthermore, they obtained a Henka certification in coaching from The Henka Institute in 2022.
