Leah Gerlach

Leah Gerlach is a Director of Finance Innovation & Strategy with over 12 years of experience in advising C-level executives and leading complex consulting and auditing projects for global companies. Currently, Leah leads the OneStream Account Reconciliation Implementation at Magna International, enhancing financial accuracy and driving automation improvements. Previously, Leah held managerial positions at PwC Canada and PwC Australia, where they led teams in financial audits and developed client-focused solutions that significantly improved internal controls and reporting standards. Leah holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting & Finance and International Finance.
