Victoria Busby

Victoria Busby has a diverse work experience in finance and consulting. Victoria currently works at Clearsulting as the Director of Finance Effectiveness, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Manager in Management Consulting, Finance Effectiveness at the same company from January 2019 to January 2023.

Before joining Clearsulting, Victoria worked at Eaton, where they held multiple positions. Victoria was a Senior Financial Analyst - Programs Finance from June 2018 to December 2018, and an Industrial Sector SOX Auditor from August 2017 to May 2018. Victoria also worked as an Aerospace HQ Financial Analyst from August 2016 to August 2017 and as a Plant Financial Analyst from June 2015 to August 2016.

Victoria also gained experience as a Corporate Finance Intern at Libbey Inc. in 2014 and as an intern at Amanda Viviano Online Marketing and Consulting in the same year.

Victoria Busby attended The Ohio State University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Finance, General. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
