Scott Pirrello

Scott Pirrello is the Product Lead at Clearsurance. Prior to Clearsurance, they were the Mentor at Techstars Boston, where they advised early-stage companies and entrepreneurs on capital raising, go-to-market strategy, product development and team building. Before Techstars, Scott was the Founder and CEO of campusSIMs, a venture capital backed technology and telecommunications company providing mobile service to international students studying in the U.S. Under Scott's leadership, campusSIMs raised $6.4 million in funding between its seed and Series A financing rounds from institutional investors such as Nauta Capital, NXT Ventures, Launchpad Venture Group, CRA Advisors, GGC Investments, and SideCar Angels. The company's proprietary mobile app allows users to create and manage a wireless subscription via an iOS or Android device and is used by thousands of students attending over 375 institutions including Harvard, Stanford, MIT, UCLA, and Berkeley.

Scott Pirrello has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles.
