Rohit Razdan

Rohit Razdan is currently the EVP of Revenue and Finance at ClearTax. Prior to joining ClearTax, they were with Gaja Capital as Director responsible for Consumer and Healthcare investments from March 2015 to September 2019. From August 2012 to March 2015, they were a Partner at Arth Capital.

Rohit has also worked with McKinsey & Company as Engagement Manager from October 2007 to December 2010 where they led teams on corporate finance, due diligence, strategy and marketing assignments for private equity and corporate clients. Thereafter, they joined ICICI Venture as Vice President from December 2010 to August 2012. Rohit started their career with ICICI Venture as Summer Associate from May 2007 to August 2007. Prior to ICICI Venture, they were a Summer Associate at Credit Suisse from May 2006 to August 2006.

Rohit has also worked with Hospira Inc as Sr Distribution Analyst from May 2004 to July 2005 and Abbott Laboratories as Industrial Engineer from July 2002 to May 2004.

Rohit Razdan has earned a MBA from The Wharton School, an MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.

Rohit Razdan reports to Archit Gupta, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Ankit Solanki - Co-Founder, Vishal Dubey - EVP, Small Business, and Sumit Kawariya - Financial Controller.
