Kara Kennedy

Kara Kennedy is an accomplished Executive Director at ClearTrust LLC since June 2009, where engagement with public and private issuers is focused on managing shareholder records with high responsiveness and accuracy. Additionally, Kara serves on the Board of Directors for the Securities Transfer Association and Apologetics, Inc. (formerly C.S. Lewis Society) while leading Cornerstone Compliance, LLC as the Founder, providing consulting services for transfer agents and publicly traded companies on regulatory compliance. Previous experience includes the role of Director of Operations at Stock Transfer Agent from December 2004 to March 2009. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from the University of South Florida, a Business Programme Alumni designation from the University of Oxford, and a Master of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Harvard Extension School.
