Lucia Padilla

Lucia Padilla currently serves as an Analyst at ClearView Healthcare Partners, beginning in October 2023. Previously, Lucia gained valuable research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the MIT Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research from January 2020 to July 2023, where involvement included analyzing data and planning experiments related to CAR T cell cancer immunotherapy, as well as expertise in flow cytometry, lab work, and data analytics. Additional roles include Summer Analyst at ClearView Healthcare Partners in mid-2022, BEL Intern at Bain & Company for a week-long diversity program in August 2021, and Cell Therapy Process Development Intern at Precision BioSciences, Inc., where experimentation focused on optimizing T Cell activation in CAR T cell production. Lucia holds a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed in 2023, and graduated from Downingtown STEM Academy in 2019.
