We’re leaders in providing culturally-informed insights and recruiting from diverse populations. We specialise in working on research, evaluation, engagement and strategy projects with children and young people, minority ethnic groups, culturally diverse communities, people living in vulnerable circumstances, people with protected characteristics, and those who often go unheard. We’re committed to ensuring that our work is always inclusive and equitable. We strive to ensure that all our participants enjoy the research process and find it accessible, engaging, and empowering. We ensure their voices are central in the materials (e.g. reports, frameworks, videos and interventions) that we produce. We work best with organisations who give a damn - and want to make a genuine impact. As we exist to provide decision makers a clear view on matters backed with the insights and expertise gathered through research, evaluation, strategy, and engagement. Since our inception we’ve focused on developing tried and tested approaches to engaging and recruiting people from diverse backgrounds, as well as building trust in communities across the UK that have long forgotten about or ignored in mainstream research, and, or, excluded from influencing decisions that affect them.
