Jennifer Trakhtenberg

Jennifer Trakhtenberg has over 12 years of experience in human resources and talent management. Jennifer worked as the Director of Human Resources at Morgan Stanley from 2000 to 2007, and then moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at Register.com from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they joined ClearVision Optical as the Co-Chief Operating Officer and Senior Talent Leader. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the Talent Management function, leading recruitment and retention efforts, and partnering with the sales organization to source top talent nationwide.

Jennifer Trakhtenberg obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, specializing in Human Resources and Marketing, from Binghamton University School of Management. Jennifer attended this institution from 1997 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, Jennifer pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University. This occurred between the years 2002 and 2004.
