Dwayne Kreipl has a diverse work experience starting from 1991 until present. Dwayne began their career as a Computer Technician at Sun Remarketing of Utah, Inc., where they refurbished and repaired computers, provided technical phone support, and repaired customer equipment. Dwayne then moved on to Micron Display Technology, working as a Flat Panel Display Test/Probe/Product Engineer, where they helped develop testing systems, negotiated with external contacts for equipment modifications, and developed probing methods. Following this, they joined PixTech, Inc. as a Flat Panel Display Test/Probe/Product Engineer, where they designed testing PCBs, developed high voltage/current supply for anode scrubbing tools, and probed flat panel displays. Dwayne then worked at Micron Technology as a DRAM R&D Product Engineer, collaborating with engineers to design and improve products and testing methods. Additionally, they worked on developing a better dielectric for DRAM memory capacitors. Dwayne continued at Micron Technology, Inc. as an R&D Product Engineering Supervisor, where they managed multiple projects simultaneously and coordinated a team of engineers. In their role as an Sr. Imaging Product Engineer, they characterized performance, performed verification and reliability testing, and collaborated with Design and Process Engineers on developing next-generation programmable elements and circuits. Most recently, Dwayne joined Clearwater Analytics as Head of Enterprise Data Management and Reporting, overseeing strategic initiatives, data management, and reporting.
Dwayne Kreipl obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Utah State University between 1990 and 1995.
