Hafeez Shaikh

Hafeez Shaikh is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Clearwater Analytics since April 2025, Hafeez manages teams and resources for OEMS Broker FIX connectivity requests, along with due diligence, UAT certification, and release management for broker setups. Previously, Hafeez held the same title at Enfusion from January 2019 to April 2025, also focusing on broker connectivity and system management. Hafeez's career extends back to a role as Account Manager at Bloomberg from October 2008 to July 2017, providing support for client production issues and collaborating with R&D to resolve critical issues. Earlier experience includes serving as Technical Project Lead at FinEng Solutions from February 2004 to September 2008, overseeing the support and implementation of the Quantis product. Hafeez holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai, completed in 1998.
