Jake McGrady serves as General Counsel at Clearwater Analytics since 2013, playing a key role in the company’s Initial Public Offering on the New York Stock Exchange in September 2021 and facilitating significant investment transactions. Prior experience includes Associate General Counsel at Clearwater, where responsibilities encompassed data licensing, contract negotiation, employment, and intellectual property matters. Jake began a legal career as an Attorney at Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley, specializing in commercial, employment, real estate litigation, land use planning, and insurance defense. Jake also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Jim Jones at the Idaho Supreme Court. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in History of Religion from the College of Idaho.
