Walter Siegel

Walter Siegel is currently the SVP & General Counsel at Henry Schein. Walter has over 25 years of experience in the legal field, including working as a Partner at the Law Offices of Walter Siegel, Esq. from October 2012 to October 2013. There, they represented early stage and mature companies in contract, M&A, fund raising, licensing, SEC reporting and litigation matters. Prior to that, from January 2005 to December 2012, they were the SVP & General Counsel at Standard Microsystems Corporation. From March 2000 to October 2005, they served as Vice President and Deputy GC at Symbol Technologies, Inc. And from January 1993 to December 2000, they were Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Olympus America, Inc.

Walter Siegel graduated from Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Theirtory. Walter then attended Yale Law School and earned a Doctor of Law degree.
