Paul Tidwell

Paul Tidwell has extensive work experience in the software development field. Paul is currently working as a Principal Software Development Engineer at Clearwater Analytics since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon as a Senior Software Engineer, where they focused on developing new games and systems for Alexa Games. Before that, they served as an Engineering Lead at Bungie, responsible for overseeing the development of the Bungie.net platform and website. Paul also had a founding role at Softwell, LLC, where they created apps for Windows Phone, Windows Store, and Xbox. Paul started their career at Microsoft as a Program Manager and later took on roles as a Senior Software Development Engineer and a Senior Software Development Lead. Paul also worked as a Chief Systems Architect at Ericsson Telecom AB.

Paul Tidwell attended Plano Senior High School from 1983 to 1985 and obtained a High School Diploma. Paul then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of North Texas from 1985 to 1990.
