Geotech Project Manager/Estimator at Clearwater Construction

Jonathan Hepner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jonathan started their career in 2014 as a Student Water Filtration Project Manager at The Collaboratory for Strategic Partnerships and Applied Research at Messiah College. In this role, they effectively managed a team in designing and constructing a water purification system for a community in Panama. Their responsibilities included fluid analysis, water testing, client coordination, construction management, prototyping, and team management.

In 2016, Jonathan joined Clearwater Construction Inc as an Assistant Project Manager for bridge construction projects. Here, they were responsible for writing up purchase orders/subcontracts, submitting source of supplies, contacting material suppliers for pricing, and keeping track of submittals.

In 2017, they transitioned to the role of an Assistant Geotech Project Manager, where they provided assistance in geotech work for the Atlantic Sunrise Pipeline. Their tasks included record keeping for over 200 compaction grout/micropiles.

Finally, Jonathan advanced to the position of Geotech Project Manager/Estimator at Clearwater Construction Inc in January 2019. In this role, they worked as a Project Manager and Estimator for Geotech jobs, handling tasks such as material procurement, testing, and quantity tracking.

Jonathan Hepner attended Messiah University from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
