Andrew Hovis

Andrew Hovis possesses extensive experience in real estate and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate at ClearWater Express Wash and Cross Development since 2020 and 2018 respectively, Andrew also holds the position of President/CEO at Hovis Properties since 2006, where responsibilities include client management, site selection, and project development. Previously, Andrew was the Franchise Owner of Children's Lighthouse of Nottingham from 2019 to 2022 and served as VP of Business Development at Max Alley Real Estate Services, focusing on growth and new locations. A former Executive Vice President of Real Estate at Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation, Andrew successfully led expansion into numerous markets. Andrew began a career in the field as a Representative for the Professional Golf Association of America while completing a BBA in Business Marketing at Texas Christian University.
