Jenny Manning has over a decade of work experience in various roles. Jenny started their career at Birmingham City Council as a Book Bash Event Team Member, where they worked with the general public and guest performers. Jenny then moved on to Buffalo Fundraising Consultants as a Telethon Caller, where they successfully raised over £10,000 in a week. Jenny also served as a House Manager at Studio Cambridge, overseeing a residential house for a summer school.

After that, they worked at Lloyds Banking Group as an Assistant Marketing Manager and later as a Business Development Assistant Manager. Jenny worked collaboratively with clients and other stakeholders to ensure tailored solutions and conducted sensitivity and scenario testing. Jenny also built, amended, and reviewed a wide range of tools, including strategic planning models, valuation models, and Power BI dashboards.
