Jenny Manning has over a decade of work experience in various roles. Jenny started their career at Birmingham City Council as a Book Bash Event Team Member, where they worked with the general public and guest performers. Jenny then moved on to Buffalo Fundraising Consultants as a Telethon Caller, where they successfully raised over £10,000 in a week. Jenny also served as a House Manager at Studio Cambridge, overseeing a residential house for a summer school.

Jenny also built, amended, and reviewed a wide range of tools, including strategic planning models, valuation models, and Power BI dashboards.
Jenny Manning's education history begins with their attendance at Queen Mary's High School from 2003 to 2009. Jenny then attended Hagley High School from 2010 to 2011. Following their secondary education, they pursued higher studies at the University of Cambridge from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Linguistics.
