In 2009, they joined Clearwater Seafoods LP as the Director of Financial Reporting.
Monica Hubley attended Dalhousie University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting. Following this, they enrolled in the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) from 2002 to 2004 and obtained a CA, CPA degree, specializing in becoming a Chartered Accountant.

Its vessels, Atlantic Enterprise and Ocean Prawns, harvest and process Canadian coldwater prawns.
