Jackie DeGroat

Jackie DeGroat has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2014, Jackie worked at Memorial Healthcare System as an Administrative Resident and later as a Business Development Specialist. During this time, they developed and maintained relationships with community pediatricians, led a successful analysis that resulted in the ranking of the hospital in 3 specialties, and managed project and service line initiatives.

In 2016, they joined Stratasan, where they held multiple roles over the years. Jackie initially worked as a Physician Relations Advisor, then became the Manager of Customer Success, and finally served as a Product Project Manager. In these positions, Jackie demonstrated their ability to effectively manage customer relationships and oversee various projects.

Currently, Jackie is a Project Manager at Clearwater, a leading provider of cybersecurity and healthcare compliance software and consulting services. Their role involves gaining enterprise-wide visibility into cybersecurity risks and ensuring regulatory compliance for the healthcare industry.

Jackie DeGroat obtained a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of Scranton from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, which they completed from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jackie has also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2020.
