Ashley Phillips

Ashley Phillips has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ashley is currently the President, Southeast at Clearwave Fiber since 2022. Previously, they worked at C Spire as the General Manager, Fiber and Business Markets from 2021 to 2021 and General Manager, Home Services from 2016 to 2021.

Before that, they were the Managing Principal Consultant at Phillips Technologies, LLC in 2015, where they provided strategic and tactical consulting services to various telecommunications companies. Ashley has over 27 years of experience in the industry and specialized in fiber-to-the-premises networks, video services, and VoIP deployments.

Prior to that, Ashley held various leadership positions at EATEL / Vision / Venyu, including Executive Vice President, Infrastructure in 2015, Chief Operating Officer from 2011 to 2015, Vice President, Network Engineering & Operations in 2011, Director of Network Engineering & Operations from 2000 to 2011, Manager of Product Development from 1998 to 2000, Manager of Network Services from 1996 to 1998, Manager of Long Distance and Operator Services from 1994 to 1996, Project Engineer from 1992 to 1994, and Engineering Assistant from 1988 to 1992.

In their various roles, Ashley has been responsible for managing networks, infrastructure, operations, engineering, construction, customer service, marketing, sales, and budgeting. Ashley has extensive experience in fiber deployment, network expansion, and strategic planning.

Ashley Phillips holds a BSEE degree in Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University, which they earned from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained an MBA degree in Business from the same university, from 2007 to 2009.
