Will Jones, PMP, LSS GB, ABCP has a diverse work experience history. Will currently works at Clearwave Corporation as a Senior Technical Project Manager, where they create project plans, manages multiple projects, and supervises team members. Prior to this, they worked at Morning Brew as a Senior Project Manager, CRM, leading a CRM consolidation project and overseeing weekly calls, sprint planning, and QA testing. Will also has experience at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where they held various roles including Project/Program Manager II, Team Lead, Customer Operations, Business Continuity/InfoSec Specialist, Operations Quality Specialist, and Technical Support Analyst. Will has experience leading communication and customer experience projects, performing scrum calls, and developing training and awareness initiatives. Before joining LexisNexis, Will worked at Synergy Solutions Inc. as a Supervisor, handling training and quality assurance, and as a Blended CSR and Retention CSR, handling customer service calls.

In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Will became a Project Management Professional (PMP) in January 2021, certified by the Project Management Institute. Will also holds a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt (LSS GB) certification from LexisNexis Risk Solutions, obtained in May 2017. Furthermore, they obtained the Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) certification from DRI International in July 2018. Will's commitment to continuous learning is demonstrated by their recent completion of the Leadership Accelerator program at Learning @ Morning Brew in November 2022.
