Jolien Mertens is a marketing consultant at clearXperts since November 2021, currently serving as an internal communication and change manager for Colruyt Group. Prior to this role, Jolien worked as a communication manager at Poolstok from June 2017 to November 2021, focusing on rebranding, communication planning, and both internal and external communication management. From June 2015 to June 2017, Jolien coordinated marketing efforts for the Indicator Group in the UK and Wallonia, overseeing promotional actions and departmental collaboration. Earlier experience includes a role as an account manager at Roularta Media Group, where commercial development and customer service were key responsibilities, and an internship in strategic communication at choco, involving market research and campaign analysis. Jolien holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from KU Leuven.
