Liese Van Genechten currently serves as an HR Business Partner and HR Consultant at clearXperts since May 2018, where responsibilities have included business analysis of HR processes and payroll administration across multiple projects, including Coreso and BTI. Prior experience includes a role as HR Officer at Verisure Securitas Direct from March 2017 to May 2018, contributing to payroll, employee administration, and various HR projects. Liese Van Genechten's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from KU Leuven and participation in the Erasmus Program at both Università degli Studi di Padova and Universidad del País Vasco.
