Lize Goormans transitioned from the education sector to HR, driven by a passion for people-centric environments. They have held various roles, including Team Sociale Beleid at Stad Lier, where they focused on social policy and community engagement, and served as a teacher in elementary education at Leefschool De Dageraad, nurturing student talents. Currently, Lize works as an HR Business Partner at clearXperts, leveraging their background in both education and HR to foster growth and collaboration.
