Derek Conlin

Derek Conlin is a seasoned professional in the engineering and sales fields, currently serving as a Senior Technical Training Advisor at Cleaver-Brooks since February 2023. Prior to this role, Derek accumulated over 22 years of experience at Frank I. Rounds Company, where positions included Director of Sales and Engineering, Applications Engineering Manager, and several key engineering and sales roles. This extensive experience focused on hydronic and steam boilers and accessories in the Northeast market. Earlier in the career, Derek held the position of Engineer/First Mate on the luxury yacht M/V Twisted Pair and worked as a Technician at Wärtsilä. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering Technology from Maine Maritime Academy.
