María Jurado has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. María currently holds the position of Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at CLEBER, where they focus on designing and executing data analysis strategies, improving customer journey, and enhancing the voice of the consumer. Prior to this, María worked at HEINEKEN México as the Head of Change Management Office, responsible for increasing organizational maturity in change management and improving ROI in digital transformation projects. María also held the role of Change Management & Communication Leader at HEINEKEN México, where they introduced and executed change management processes and tools for key digital transformation projects.
Before joining HEINEKEN México, María worked at CLEBER as the Communications & Corporate Image Manager, leading the implementation of external communication strategies and corporate image standards. María also served as the Head of Internal Communications & Events at CLEBER, where they developed the annual internal communication strategy and launched innovative tools to foster a sense of belonging among employees.
Prior to CLEBER, María worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at Grupo Flores-Maldonado and as a Marketing Promotions Coordinator at Logrand Entertainment Group. María began their career as a News Editor at El Quehacer de México.

María Jurado received a Master's degree in Marketing, Comercio y Distribución from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2014-2015. María also holds a Lic. en Administración in Administración y gestión de empresas from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. María Jurado is currently pursuing a degree in Brand Customer Experience at the EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, starting in 2023. María has additional certifications, including DIGIFIT Learning Journey – Part 1 from The HEINEKEN Company, Prosci® Methodology Application Program from Prosci, Circular Economy e-Learning from Ellen MacArthur Foundation, and Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner - Delivered by Faculta from Prosci. Additionally, they attended a Design Thinking workshop at IDEO in 2017.
