Mario Garcia Juaristi

Mario Garcia Juaristi has extensive experience in human resources. Mario is currently working as the CHRO (Director of Human Resources) at CLEBER since December 2021. Before that, they were the Gerente de Capital Humano (Human Capital Manager) at Criotec, S.A. de C.V. from September 2013 to December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Generalist at Carrier Corporation from August 2011 to September 2013. Mario also has experience in Gerente Desarrollo Humano UEN (Human Development Manager) and Planeación Estratégica del Talento (Strategic Talent Planning) at Citrofrut S.A. de C.V. from May 2008 to August 2011. Mario has also worked as the Coordinador RRHH Noreste (HR Coordinator Northeast) at ING México from May 2007 to May 2008, and as an Especialista en Relaciones Laborales y Reclutamiento (Specialist in Labor Relations and Recruitment) at Kemet de México from February 2006 to May 2007. Additionally, they have experience as an Especialista Recursos humanos (HR Specialist) at Torrey in 2005.

Mario Garcia Juaristi completed their education at Universidad de Monterrey. Mario obtained a LRH degree in Human Resources from 2000 to 2005, and later pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Development from 2011 to 2013.
