Rtsba Shawn Shockler

Shawn Shockler, RTSBA has had a progressive career in the field of school district operations and maintenance. Shawn currently serves as the Executive Director of District Operations at Cleburne ISD since April 2022. Prior to this, Shawn held the position of Senior Manager of Maintenance at Arlington ISD from October 2015 to April 2022. From August 2011 to October 2015, they worked as the Manager/Central Maintenance Division for Dallas Independent School District.

Shawn Shockler, RTSBA, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern New Hampshire University.

In addition to their degrees, Shawn has obtained several certifications. Shawn is a Registered Texas School Business Administrator, awarded by the Texas Association of School Business Officials in August 2012. Shawn is also a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) and holds various licenses in fire safety, such as Fire Alarm Superintendent and Fire Extinguisher License Type A, awarded by the Texas Department of Insurance.

Furthermore, Shawn is a certified SAP Application Associate in Enterprise Asset Management with SAP ERP, a certification received from SAP. Shawn also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, which they earned from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
