Reaves Carrington

Reaves Carrington has over 10 years of experience in sales and business development roles. Reaves began their career in 2011 at The Weather Company, an IBM Business, as an Advertising Operations Associate. In this role, they mastered the trafficking and management of cross-platform advertising campaigns on Weather.com and Weather Underground, and supported the VP of Sales and 3 Account Executives. In 2013, Reaves moved to Inform, Inc. as the Senior Manager of Business Development. In this role, they discovered, negotiated, and closed partnership agreements for Inform’s video distribution marketplace, and grew YoY advertising inventory on existing partnerships 241% to 41 million video-views. Reaves then joined Vemba in 2017 as the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development. Reaves converted trial partnerships into multi-year platform licenses, consulted marquee partners on video distribution strategy, and optimized syndication revenue with leading demand-side, supply-side, data-management, and brand-safety platforms. Reaves currently serves as the Senior Director, Enterprise Sales and Director of Enterprise Sales, Americas at Cleeng. In this role, they lead Sales & BD efforts for Enterprise accounts in the Americas, primarily focused on the U.S. and Canada, and collaborates with Strategic Partners.

Reaves Carrington earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Hamilton College.
