Rachael Weir is an experienced professional in quality management systems and regulatory compliance within the medical device and clinical research sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Management Systems & Regulatory Compliance at Cleerly since August 2025, Rachael oversees the development and maintenance of quality systems to ensure global compliance for AI SaMD products. Previous roles include leading Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Bayesian Health and serving as Senior Director of Quality Affairs at Butterfly Network, where Rachael managed extensive quality operations and compliance processes for complex medical device systems. Rachael's career spans various companies, including BTG plc and Allergan, where roles included Vigilance Manager and Global Clinical Safety Manager, demonstrating a strong track record in post-market surveillance and patient safety. Rachael holds a Master's in Clinical Research Organization and Management from Drexel University College of Medicine and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Centenary University.
