Daron Jones

Daron Jones has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Daron is currently a Partner at A More Stewardship Co. where they specialize in creating employee-owned organizations through a perpetual purpose trust. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President Operations at Clegg Auto, where they were involved in transitioning the company to an employee-owned trust focused on customer service and employee engagement. Daron also co-founded TractusMed, a Healthcare IT company, where they served as the President and COO. Daron successfully raised funding, completed objectives efficiently, and built a strong team. At TractusMed, they developed a national anatomical pathology repository called PathGateway™ to improve clinical outcomes and patient care. Earlier in their career, Daron worked as a Senior Strategy Advisor at Ascent Advisor, President at NET1 Payment Solutions, Vice President of Professional Services at ECi Software Solutions, and Chief Operating Officer at Digital Gateway. Daron achieved significant growth, led successful software implementations, and implemented effective objective and key results systems. Daron started their career as an Organizational and Business Analyst at FranklinCovey, where they made significant improvements in accounts receivable and saved the company money through process improvements.

Daron Jones pursued their education between 1996 and 1999 at Brigham Young University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior.
