Paul Horning

Paul Horning began their work experience in 1985 as a Project Manager for R.M. Shoemaker Company. Paul then worked for Hallowell Construction/Berkshire Construction Management from 1995 to 2006, serving as Vice President - Construction. During this time, they worked on residential custom homes and renovations with Hallowell Construction and commercial construction and development of condominiums at York Square with Berkshire Construction Management. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Managing Director at Devon Urban Advisors, LLC. Since 2008, they have been employed by Clemens Construction Co Inc, where they started as a Senior Project Manager and later became the Vice President of Preconstruction. In their role at Clemens Construction, they are responsible for estimating and project management for commercial projects, including coordinating trade drawings, negotiating change orders, and handling project accounting and reporting.

Paul Horning attended Fox Chapel High School, although the dates of their enrollment are unknown. After completing their secondary education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University. Paul studied at Lehigh University from 1976 to 1980.
