Kim Palmer has over 15 years of work experience. Kim began their career in 2003 as a Product Manager at Yellow Pages New Zealand. In 2006, they became a Senior Manager at Lloyds TSB and held various roles, including Senior Manager of Product Development, Senior Manager of Payments & Travel Money, Executive Assistant to the Director of Personal Current Accounts, and Senior Product Manager of Added Value Accounts. In 2010, Kim became the Senior Loyalty Manager for Clubcard at Tesco, where they developed a strategy and customer proposition to reward loyalty. In 2012, they took on the role of Interim Marketing Director and then Head of Customer Engagement at blinkbox. From 2014-2015, Kim served as a Council Member at GLG, and from 2015-2017, they were a Client Director at Manifesto Growth. In 2017, Kim founded Clementine, where they have been responsible for all technical development, customer interactions, new customer development, and business partnerships.
Kim Palmer received a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Massey University in 2001, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Kim also earned a BBS from Massey University in 2001, majoring in Management. In 2021, Kim Palmer attended Yale University to study the Science of Happiness.
