Kyle Caddell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kyle is currently serving as the President of Clemson Athletics Corporate Partnerships at Clemson University. Prior to this, they worked at Synergy 5 as the Owner/Founder, where they focused on sales and marketing solutions for businesses in the Carolinas. Kyle also worked at Freshly, handling B2B strategic sales and partnerships with colleges, universities, and sports teams. In addition, Kyle held positions at PGA TOUR as a Sales Director, Chip Ganassi Racing Teams as the Director of Business Development, Charlotte Hornets as the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, Carolina Panthers as the Director of Sponsor Sales & Services, Interep as a Sales Executive, Tar Heel Sports Marketing as a Sports Marketing Account Executive, and WCHL Vilcom as the General Manager. Throughout their career, they consistently exceeded sales goals, secured major sponsorships, and delivered revenue-generating strategies.

Kyle Caddell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics/Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1985 to 1988. Prior to that, they attended Wake Forest University from 1983 to 1984, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
