Leland Fecher

Leland Fecher is an experienced academic and consultant specializing in communication. Serving as Principal Lecturer at Clemson University since August 2012, Leland coordinates lab sections and lectures for over 350 students, focusing on various types of communication. Leland also holds the title of Director of Basic Courses, overseeing introductory speaking courses and training graduate teaching assistants. Prior to Clemson, Leland was a Public Speaking Instructor at Ball State University, where responsibilities included preparing and teaching multiple sections of the course. Leland has also consulted for several organizations, including Boys and Girls Clubs of America and the Animal Rescue Fund, focusing on communication strategies and volunteer training. Leland's educational background includes a Master's Degree and Bachelor's in Communication Studies and Organizational Communication, respectively, from Ball State University.
